  1. Took a drive down to Golden Gate Bridge and Fort Point. It’s such a nice area to take in the sights, sounds, and fresh air. This is my first time at the base of the bridge and to view Fort Point. It’s free to go. I couldn’t have asked for better weather, lots of sail boats about, people fishing and more.
Fort Point is free to view and has some great historical exhibitions in the hallways. You can even go to the top for a great view.

2. I finally cooked a meal at home. As you can see everything on this site and my life has feel wayward to enjoying the present moment. Which means my cooking at home has gone out the window. I have been eating out way too much. I am trying to reign my eating out habit back in. While my life in SF is financially balanced, my eating out budget is always busted.

3. Started reading Fourth Wing (book 1). It was available on Libby and thank you to many of you for confirming a good read. I am liking it so far.

4. Decluttered more things and took down the decor. My house finally feels in place since moving up here. But I need to decorate as it’s feeling a little bare.

5. I am hoping to find the perfect bookcase for my place. A few years ago, I donated my cook/book collection to the library trying my hand at minimalism and I truly miss it. I had a good many books that adorned the shelves. I realize that it was a good part of my happiness and am hoping to recreate it. I get teased for reading my cookbooks like a novel that may or may not get a recipe cooked from it. But they are my joy.
