What is everyone having for dinner tonight? I am always up for new ideas.

I am having leftovers from Super Bowl – Turkey chili served with a side of tortilla chips.

This is going to sound horrible but it’s Tuesday, so we had tacos. I put beans in the instapot in the morning and we had them in wraps tonight.

Definitely need some more dinner ideas. Our family is a mess. My wife and oldest daughter are vegetarian and I’m gluten free and my middle daughter survives on junk food… I think. Usually if 3/5 like dinner it’s a win.

I got accused of making the same meals on rotation for the nights I’m in charge of dinner so I think I need to pull out something creative by Friday.

OMG! That is a challenge in your house. I have had great success teaching my daughter to cook. She puts out some great dishes. I highly recommend if not already doing.

All for taco Tuesday every week!

I am not familiar with serving gluten free meals. I would imagine if you eat pretty wholesome meals, you would be good, yes? Hopefully some ideas posted by others will turn out to be good contenders.

I had chili-soy Ramen with a side of crab ragoon at home. Sounds fancy, but was rather boring. Trying to eat down my pantry right now.

We had this West African peanut soup last night: https://cookieandkate.com/west-african-peanut-soup/print/23396/

It is by no means an authentic dish to anywhere (title references a region, not a country), but it is tasty. It feels hearty even though it’s relatively simple.

I like it best with brown rice, collard greens, and chopped peanuts as a garnish.

ETA: it is vegan, gluten-free, but not junk food. Perhaps that checks a few boxes for your family, @govworkerfi ?
