What, no pictures? I put all the food away and then thought, “I should have took pictures!”. Next time peeps. Next time. We spent less than $90 on groceries for 2 people and will last us two weeks. I think we do pretty decent with our shopping trips. So I wanted to give you all a peek at the receipt and meal plan.

I had to stock up on things I was running out of or the bill would have been lower.

I love buying herbs and produce from an Asian market because you get large quantities of things. Especially herbs. That mint and basil on the list are bulk sizes. Same with the garlic and jalapeños.

Dinner Meal plans

    • Ma po tofu (x2) – I try not to make too often because the sodium content is extremely high

 

  • Pork Pho

 

 

  • Noodle curry

 

 

  • Lentil curry & rice

 

 

  • Fish, rice and greens (x2 – salmon one night, mackerel the other)

 

 

  • Beef skewers, salad, rice, veggies (x2)

 

 

  • Vegetarian Bibimbap

 

 

  • Buddha bowls (sweet potato, kale, brown rice, carrots, sesame seeds)

 

 

  • Veggie Dumplings, rice and greens
